  • FREE  GIF Wizard  Free online utility shrinks GIFs up to 90% for faster page loads. Works with one GIF87 and GIF89 animations. The GIF Wizard will: decode any GIF87 or GIF89, check the header fields for errors, show the color palettes and hex values, display each frame of an GIF89 animation, create versions with unused colors removed, create versions with reduced palette sizes.
